We now have our first newsletter available. You can read about some of the projects we support and find out more about applying for a grant (and find out why elephants are included!)

Updating the charitable objectives - success!
The Trustees have worked to update our charitable objectives and have just received permission to change. The updated text is on the Charitable Objectives page.
The significant change is that The Benevolent Fund can now give grants to projects which are led by Quakers and which hold to Quaker values and testimonies, but which benefit a variety of people - not necessarily Quakers. This means the Fund can support different projects - we look forward to receiving exciting applications!
Quaker Mental Health Forum
The Mental Health Forum is an annual day conference, funded by the Benevolent Fund. It is a chance for Friends to come together and to worship, to share experiences and thoughts about an aspect of mental health. The next Mental Health Forum is on the 3rd November in Birmingham, exploring mental health and young people - do come!
